Delivery
- Pieces in stock are sent within 1–2 working days of the order.
- Made-to-order pieces are ready in 5–7 working days, then shipped.
- Delivery inside Bakı is by courier. For the regions, write to us on WhatsApp.
Payment
- You can pay by card on the site, or agree another method on WhatsApp.
- Custom orders require a deposit before work starts.
Caring for resin
- Keep it out of long direct sunlight — resin yellows over time.
- Avoid hot water and abrasive cleaners; a soft damp cloth is enough.
- The surface scratches — do not rub it with anything hard.
- Do not place it near an oven, a radiator or any hot surface.
Exchange and returns
- If a piece arrives damaged, write within 24 hours with an unboxing video — we replace it.
- Every piece is poured by hand: the colour flow and veins will not match the photo exactly, and this is not a defect.
- Custom-made and engraved pieces cannot be returned.
